Ms. Gilroy is a Partner at The Gilroy Law Firm and has 32 years of Trial Court, Appellate Court and Supreme Court experience, concentrating in the areas of:

• Condemnation Law and Litigation -(the taking of and the appraisal of private property for public purpose) representing commercial and residential property owners, counties and cities;
• Real Estate Law and Litigation -representing owners and purchasers in transactions, development and/or contractual disputes;
• Business Law and Litigation -representing parties to a contractual arrangement or a contractual dispute; incorporation; partnership agreements; and buy-sells;
