About Gilroy

Thank you for your interest in our boutique firm. Our senior partner, Tracy Gilroy, has over 30 years experience in the areas of Eminent Domain, Condemnation, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Mediation/Arbitration.

The Gilroy Law Firm enjoys the highest ranking as a Real Estate and Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law Firm in Missouri. We are looking forward to similar high rankings of our office in the great state of Washington. The Gilroy Law Firm is also a member of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance and the Camano Island Chamber of Commerce.

Tracy Gilroy is a Pre-eminent Lawyer. No higher ranking exists and it is achieved from the longest established lawyer ranking service, Martindale Hubbell, where most every lawyer is listed and ranked by other lawyers.

Tracy Gilroy has assisted over 1500 clients, many of whom were referred to our firm by satisfied clients and lawyers.

Our clients’ happiness with our legal services and the outcome of their case is our main goal. If our clients are happy, so are we. We expect excellence in our service, and our clients tell us we deliver.

Knowledge helps alleviate the stress of tough situations. We, therefore, continually study the constitution, the statutes and the case law of Washington, Missouri and of Illinois in order to tenaciously advocate for the protection of all property rights and to insure our knowledge is up-to-date.

We also keep our clients continually advised as to updates in the law and their cases. Court appearances, jury trials and appellate arguments are the basis of our practice. We also settle many cases out of court. Tracy Gilroy is an experienced mediator who helps resolve legal matters for other lawyers and uses that knowledge to resolve our clients’ cases as well.

Tracy Gilroy is a frequent author and speaker on many legal topics, and she has spent 32 years in service to her profession. She has served as President of a Metropolitan Bar Association as well as its Charitable Foundation. She has served as Governor of the State Bar of Missouri. She has been an educator for the Missouri Supreme Court Ethic School and has served as a Disciplinary Hearing Officer. In the ABA, she served as Chair of the Solo and Small Firm committee, which represented over 65% of the lawyers in the USA.  Read more about Tracy here.
